What counts as an assessment?
An assessment is a completed license recommendation wizard for a customer. Draft assessments and customer self-service submissions that haven't been completed don't count toward your limit.
How does the free trial work?
Every plan includes free trial assessments — no credit card required and no time limit. The Starter plan includes 3 free assessments, Professional includes 5, and Enterprise includes 10. After using your trial assessments, you'll need to subscribe to continue.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, you'll receive credit toward future billing.
What are customer self-service links?
You can send a unique assessment link to your customers so they can fill out their requirements themselves. You'll be notified when they complete it, and their data is ready for you to review and generate recommendations.
What roles are available?
Professional and Enterprise plans support role-based access: Admin (full access), Consultant (assessments & customers), Sales (product catalog & customer links), and Accountant (financial overview & assessments). Team members can request role upgrades from admins.
